The Flower Poem

Somewhere a stream tumbles,
merrily laughing,
over green moss covered stones,
gently gurgling,
I know not where.

A weeping willow whispers,
budding branches like fingers,
trail endlessly through,
as water chuckles by,
and I know not why.

A thirst quenched tiger leaps,
a golden flash gone,
and the sun yet shining,
sees the stream, the willow...

Elsewhere a cloud forms over the restless ocean,
and is blown over land,
a breeze draws the darkening veil,
past the stars up above,
and the rain falls down to bless the earth below.

When morning comes,
they greet the new day,
with sunlight hued diamonds,
on dewed petals,
on these the flowers,
that I so love to give to you...
